Nolan Jasper was the third child out of Ruben Z. Dix KPopp's batch of babies, and a grandson of Kelly KPopp.
We never saw Nolan, all we have seen is his birth notification and a picture on the family tree. A notification appeared in Episode 40 saying that he had passed away from some cause unknown, most likely because the game had deleted him from the town to prevent over-population.
