KPopp announces a cancellation for IMPREGNATE ALL THE B*TCHES!, since she lost the game file after installing a new expansion pack for The Sims 3. So, instead she creates herself as a Sim and was declared the replacement for Narwhal Rumplestilt.
The episode cuts to where KPopp announces the first official house for baby-making. Not moments after KPopp finished introducing the features of the house, Vallari Chandra makes her first appearance, where she was insulted and asked to leave by KPopp.
Along with Vallari, a young male Sim appears, where KPopp said: "You...I can have babies with,", where he suddenly left. KPopp laughed at his departure from the visit. The episode cuts to where KPopp explained the news about her game crashed and having to build another house for her character.
Then later, KPopp sends Kelly to go baby-daddy hunting, where she meets Bertram Bedlington, the first supposed-to-be baby daddy for Kelly. However, KPopp was not interested in his look and rather picks the dog, which randomly passed by. Then, she sees a Sim, who was carrying a music sheet umbrella.
This made her think that the man was interested with the same gender, she also confirmed this. Then, Booker Singleton makes his first appearance by walking past Kelly, where KPopp introduced her to him. The eventually fell for each-other, making that typical "love at first site" come to life for the very first time in the challenge.
KPopp also noticed Kelly gained a moodlet called "Attractive Company", from talking with Singleton. The episode cuts where the two have a water-balloon fight, where KPopp was grossed out; presumed that she thinks that Booker was interested in having "WooHoo" with Kelly.
The episode cuts where Singleton is giving Kelly yellow flowers, where after the conversation Singleton yelled: "WOOHOO!", where KPopp was happy about but realizes that he left Kelly stranded, since he had to pee. KPopp made Kelly interact with another future baby-daddy, Benjamin Schmidt.
Then later, the episode cuts where Kelly and Schmidt are having a conversation in the rain, where KPopp confirmed that her Sim is not as regular smart KPopp was. KPopp asked herself why are the two chatting outside in the pouring rain, this is where KPopp scrolled to view her surroundings, where she notices two Sims were smart enough to have umbrellas and chat in the pouring rain.
Then, the episode cuts in the main house, where KPopp notices a kitten sleeping by her doorstep, where she sent Kelly to play with it. KPopp then announces a fact that Whiteboy7thst has a stray cat, who is possibly Cat7thst. The kitten runs, leaving a confused and depressed KPopp.
The episode cuts to daytime, where KPopp invites Singleton over, where he unfortunately has work for the next four hours. So, Instead KPopp invites Schmidt over. After inviting him, KPopp buys a buffet table from the store. The food preparation costs §250 Simoleons, where KPopp said it was fine with her and hopes that Schmidt should be happy about it.
Then, KPopp thinks that Schmidt stood up to her for not visiting Kelly. After inviting him over again, the game was speeded up and shows his arrival. KPopp sent Kelly to ask about his career, the typical questions for self-introduction. Then later, the episode cuts where Schmidt and Kelly are having a pillow fight, where KPopp says it was a fun first date.
Then, KPopp sent Kelly to give Schmidt some lovely, purple flowers and asked him to stay over, where he approved. KPopp continuously made Kelly do romantic interactions towards Schmidt, including embracing him, flirting with him, etc. KPopp sent Kelly to ask Schmidt if he was single, where KPopp did not see the annotation on time. However, she found it and she said: "I doesn't matter,".
Then, after holding hands with Schmidt, KPopp made Kelly have their first kiss, where KPopp hopes he allows her; which it did. After asking the viewers to help her with the decisions throughout the game, Kelly calls Schmidt over to have "WooHoo", where she was impregnated with Schmidt's child, honouring him as the first official baby daddy.
Then later, the episode cuts where KPopp caught Schmidt running away, where she impersonated him in words: "I gotta go! Sh*t she might be pregnant! GO! GO! GO!". Then later, the episode cuts in sunrise, where KPopp finds a festival near to her house, and afterwards asking herself what was the man in the roller rink doing.
KPopp attempts to let Kelly skate, but unfortunately the tab wasn't available to press because pregnant women cannot skate. KPopp presses "Find My Sim", making sure if Kelly has arrived at the festival, where Kelly was lost trying to find her way going to the festival. As Kelly arrives, KPopp is finding future-baby daddies such as Felipe Marshall and a police officer, Chuck Harris.
Then later, KPopp sees the very first paparazzi, whose making their first appearance by taking pictures of Marshall and Kelly, where KPopp thought Marshall was a celebrity and was only following him. KPopp only noticed that Marshall pee'd his pants, after editing the video.
Then later, KPopp received a notification saying that Singleton had his baby with his wife, where KPopp got confused and frustrated about it; since he told Kelly he was single, where the scene was probably cut since it never appeared earlier in the dog park.
Then later, the episode cuts where Kelly is experiencing her first labour, and KPopp immediately sent her to the hospital. KPopp presses "Find My Sim" once again to check on the baby, where a window appeared which congratulated Kelly and left a box empty for KPopp to enter its name.
KPopp names the child Accident KPopp, and says that was mean enough to name him like that. Another window appears which enables KPopp to choose the traits for Accident, where the "Friendly" and "Loves The Outdoors" were selected. KPopp then announced that she make him have his birthday early, since she has to know what he looked like.
The game was speeded up to daytime, where KPopp received a notification saying that Schmidt's dog just gave birth, which made KPopp rant about it since Schmidt only cared about their dog instead of his own son. Then later, Accident blows his birthday candles for the very first time, where he aged up into a toddler.
As he ages up, KPopp pressed a random object where the picture shows up to see his appearance. KPopp wasn't too impressed with his appearance, and asks the viewers if she should keep him or wait until he ages up into a child. Then later, the official second paparazzi appeared for the very first time outside Kelly's house where KPopp was confused who this person was.
KPopp then realizes it was a paparazzi and thinks of having a child with him, where KPopp changes her mind over the idea. The two were surprisingly flirting with each other, leading that the paparazzi might be a flirty or a hopeless romantic Sim. This made KPopp uncomfortable and asks him to stop doing that. KPopp then received a notification, saying that Kelly was doing something juicy and has/had took take photos of this.
The paparazzi came inside the house unexpectedly and headed towards the bathroom, to take some pictures of Kelly peeing, which mad KPopp mad and "ranty". KPopp made Kelly insult him, while KPopp was insulting him herself.
Then, KPopp received a notification saying that Accident KPopp will never forget the day he changed his appearance in the mirror, where KPopp realizes she has to focus more on Accident and asks if she should keep him. Then later, Accident KPopp can once again blow out his candles, so KPopp could see his official appearance as a child.
As he ages up, KPopp commented that he looked strange but wasn't the worst thing that could happen. As KPopp speeds up the game, Accident eats a slice of his birthday cake and heads to the shower while KPopp was selecting the "Change Appearance" option.
KPopp then saw a showering and pixelated Accident,, where she was grossed out. Then later, the episode cuts where KPopp was selecting his new look, where KPopp gave him an alien mask possibly to hide his horrid appearance. But KPopp says she wanted to keep him after putting the mask on.
The episode ends with Accident using the family computer and KPopp has the viewers decide if they should keep him or not and if she should a little house for him near the main house.
